Dash BPO is seeking a motivated and innovative AI QA & Automation Engineer (Intermediary) to join our expanding AI Innovation Team. This hybrid role combines quality assurance, automation engineering, and AI prototyping, offering an exciting opportunity to work directly with large language models (LLMs), conversational AI, automation tools, and APIs. You will play a key role in testing, refining, and validating AI capabilities across the business — from automation workflows and chatbots to voice-based AI solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a solid technical foundation who enjoys experimentation, continuous learning, and fast-paced collaboration

Responsibilities

• Design and develop small-scale AI prototypes, proofs-of-concept (POCs), and automation workflows
• Experiment with LLMs, APIs, AI frameworks, and conversational platforms to validate new use cases
• Work jointly with QA and engineering teams to validate AI-driven features and systems
• Develop and execute automated and manual test plans for bots, APIs, and end-to-end integrations
• Analyse AI outputs, conversational flow logs, and user interaction data to identify trends, errors, and improvement areas
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve model accuracy, performance, and user experience
• Work closely with developers, data scientists, product teams, and business units
• Share learnings, best practices, and insights to support AI innovation across the organisation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
